Your rights matter
Users must own an uploaded image or have permission from the rights owner and every identifiable person shown. A photo being publicly visible does not make it free to copy, edit, or use without consent.
Report unauthorized use
Email legal@removeclothes.pro with:
- your name and contact information;
- the exact result URL, request ID, or page URL;
- whether you are the person shown, the copyright owner, or an authorized representative;
- a description of the right involved and the remedy requested; and
- reasonable verification, redacted where possible.
For urgent non-consensual or serious safety matters, use safety@removeclothes.pro and do not attach suspected illegal material.
Limited processing license
Uploading content grants only the limited, temporary processing license described in our Terms. It does not transfer ownership to us, create a public-use license, or authorize another person to reuse the input or output.
Rights in AI output
AI outputs may not be unique, and copyrightability varies by jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that an output is protectable, non-infringing, or available for commercial use. Users remain responsible for their intended use.
Review process
We may verify identity or authority, ask for more information, disable an accessible result, preserve limited records, notify a relevant user, or refer a copyright claim to the formal DMCA process. We balance privacy and safety when responding.
Repeat abuse
We may limit or terminate access for repeat infringement, repeated non-consensual use, evasion of safeguards, or false claims. We may report suspected illegal conduct when required or appropriate.
