1. Scope and controller
This policy explains how RemoveClothes.pro processes personal information when you visit the site, submit a photo for editing, contact support, or send a rights request. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of RemoveClothes.pro.
Until formal company and postal details are published, privacy requests may be sent to privacy@removeclothes.pro. This page should not be treated as a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
2. Information we process
- Images: the photo you upload and the AI-generated output.
- Request data: a random processing ID, model settings, request status, and safety outcomes.
- Analytics data: page views, referral source, approximate region, device type, and interaction data collected through Plausible Analytics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, security events, anti-abuse verification results, and basic server logs.
- Support data: your email, message, evidence, and any other information you choose to provide.
We do not use the tool for facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling.
3. Why we use information
- To deliver the requested image edit and display the result.
- To apply safety checks, prevent fraud or abuse, control costs, and secure the service.
- To answer support, privacy, safety, and legal requests.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect people and rights.
- To understand aggregate reliability and improve the user experience without building a public image gallery.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your location, we rely on performance of a requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for future processing, but this does not undo processing already completed.
5. AI and infrastructure services
We send uploaded photos and a fixed editing instruction to a third-party AI image-processing service. Hosting and network services may also process request and log data to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse.
These services may process data in countries different from yours and under their own contractual, security, retention, and legal obligations.
6. Retention and deletion

Closing the tab removes the local preview from the page, but it does not guarantee immediate deletion from every service log or backup. Contact us for a specific deletion request.
7. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the tool, advisers and authorities when legally required, a successor in a business transaction, or others at your direction. We do not sell uploaded photos or create a public results gallery.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, server-side credentials, file-type and size checks, short-lived request access, no-store response headers, and fixed model instructions. No online system is perfectly secure; use a private device and avoid highly sensitive images.
9. Cookies and local data
The editing workflow uses a short-lived signed request token to protect result access. The administrator login uses a separate HTTP-only session cookie. Plausible Analytics is configured as a privacy-focused measurement service. Cloudflare Turnstile may store or access data needed to perform its security verification. Browser settings and applicable consent controls can limit some of this processing.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. You may also complain to a data protection authority. Email privacy@removeclothes.pro and describe the request. We may need to verify identity and authority.
11. Subject eligibility and privacy
We do not knowingly process images that fail our suitability or safety rules. Report suspected serious safety violations without attaching the material to safety@removeclothes.pro.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technology, providers, law, or practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions and requests may be sent to privacy@removeclothes.pro.
