If you believe material accessible through RemoveClothes.pro infringes a United States copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright contact at legal@removeclothes.pro.
Launch requirement: the operator must publish its real legal name, postal address, telephone contact, and register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on DMCA safe-harbor procedures. The email above is not a substitute for that registration.
Required elements
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as an exact URL or request ID.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Our response
We may remove or disable access to identified material, notify the affected user where appropriate, request additional information, preserve records, and terminate repeat infringers when warranted. Because the service does not operate a public user gallery, a request ID and exact location are important.
Counter-notification
If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, the affected user may submit a counter-notice containing a signature, identification and prior location of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and the user's name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. Consider consulting a lawyer before submitting one.
